I think it would be effective to have a forum devoted to questions about the rp. This way all of the questions would be organized for both the Admins and the Members. I suggest sub-sections such as the following:
Technical Questions: Questions about the rules of the rp.
Jutsu/Weapon Questions: Questions about Jutsu. Use, training, etc.
Rp Questions: Where members can petition administrators to intervene in an rp.
Philosophical Questions: Where members can inquire as to the laws of the realm.
(I find that often people have questions as to the nature of chakra or certain elements of the role play. For example, how natural lightning behaves as opposed to chakra-based lightning.)
Other Questions: Anything that does not fall into the other categories.
BTW, while I have your ear, what are the training parameters for this site?
